Culinary Paznaun
ALPINE GOURMET PLEASURE
Once known as the Culinary Way of St. James, the Culinary Paznaun event series around Ischgl attracts visitors with first-class gourmet dishes from various star chefs, which can be sampled at selected mountain huts in the region. Our Chef de Cuisine, Patrick Raaß, also conjures up an exclusive dish every year using regional ingredients, which he presents at the hut festival. This gourmet dish is then available in the hut throughout the summer. Culinary Paznaun is THE event in Ischgl for all gourmets.
