Arrival for treatments

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment and enjoy the soothing relaxation and serenity. Please note that late arrival will reduce your treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

Time for your selected treatments will be especially reserved for you. Appointments are very much in demand and we try to find replacement if you have to cancel at short notice. If we are unable to assign the appointment or if the treatment is canceled less than five hours prior to scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
For no show the fee is 100%.

Refund policy

There is no right of exchange of return for treatment package and products.

Payment

We kindly ask to pay your treatments at the hotel front desk. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests can settle SPA services and products to your hotel bill.
