Culinary delights

Our kitchen team is very creative and will surprise you every day with individuality. They are happy to satisfy individual wishes or preferences such as vegetarian, lactose free or gluten free menus.

We would kindly ask you to inform us before if you have any wishes, individual preferences or allergies.

Parking garage

There is a private parking space reserved for every room in our own garage. We also have loading stations for Electro cars (for charge).

Car wash service on request.

Concierge service

Our concierge is happy to help you with any question, request or wish. Doesn’t matter if transfer bookings, table bookings or helicopter flights, do not hesitate to contact us any time under concierge@schlosshotel-ischgl.com.

Check-In & Check-Out

The Check-In to your room is available from 3 p.m. at the day of your arrival. At your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room until 11 a.m.

If you would like an early Check In or a late Check Out it is possible depending on the booking situation and on request – you can always ask our reception team.

If you leave early or come later than originally booked we charge the full costs.

Reservation

Your reservation is fixed after we received a prepayment of 30% of the total amount.

Member Bonus

All regular guests, who have been guests with us for the past 3 years, will receive a MEMBER BONUS of 10% on our hotel price list.

None of our deals/packages can be combined with the member bonus or other discounts.

Exclusive Gala Dinners

On the evenings of Christmas and New Year’s Eve an exclusive evening with Gala Dinner is awaiting you. We are taking you on a taste adventure to make your evening even more special. Experience a special dinner which will meet your desires.

The surcharge for the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is € 40,00 per person and for the New Year’s Eve Dinner € 80,00 per person.

Dogs

Your pet is also welcome here. Your devoted companion may of course spend his holidays at the Schlosshotel Ischgl*****Superior. We have special dog rooms in our hotel that all our guests and four-legged friends feel well. We take the liberty of billing a small service charge for additional cleaning of EURO 45,00 per day. Please don’t forget to bring the food your pet needs, as it is not included in the price.

Please understand that your pet may not be taken into the dining room and spa facilities.

Local Tax

Ischgl requests the payment of a lokaltax of 3,00 euro per person per day (except for children under the age of 15).

Family friendly prices

For children or additional persons, who sleep in the room of the parents or friends there are special discounts:

• From 0 to 2 years they are free of charge
• From 3 to 14,99 years there is a 50% reduction on the daily price
• From 15 years on there is a 30% reduction on the daily price

On request and availability we offer baby beds, children seats for the restaurant, baby phones and baby lights.

Cancellation policies

Cancellations are handled like the "General Terms and Conditions Hotels Austria":

• 3 months before arrival free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total amount
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• Less than one week before arrival: 90% of the total amount

We recommend to make a travel insurance at the European Travel Insurance.
