When you think of the “Schlosshotel Ischgl” - what would you like to do here in terms of cuisine?
For the fine dining cuisine I will try to bring a small piece of the whole world to the Schlosshotel Ischgl. There will be extraordinary Asian influences.

I would like to give the traditional cuisine of the Weinstube a new creative identity. The finest classic dishes with regional products and passionate cuisine.

How would you describe your gourmet dishes in one sentence?
My gourmet dishes are with the best food products, clear structured, cosmopolitan, exciting and on the highest level.

On what importance do you attach?
To provide the guest an unforgettable evening, that he or she will remember for a long time.

What is your favorite ingredient?
All kinds of citrus fruits (pomelo, grapefruit, etc.).

On what can the guests look forward to?
A regional and international cuisine with top products on the highest creative level.
